Service Description
Our virtual consultations with Meg will be carried out for 30 minutes. Where you will obtain a thorough skin history analysis, and we will be going through your skin's history throughout the years. A treatment plan will be provided to the client along with skin regimen recommendation and any further all natural or at home recommendations. Meg's skin knowledge is extensive, she will also provide you with tips and tricks for skin concerns. The consultation fee is $100, but this amount is waived if you purchase $100 or more in products during the session. The $100 deposit does not go towards a future booked session/ treatment. All virtual consultations will be held over the phone!
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your treatment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. A 30-minute grace period is provided. After 30 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. Undecided appointments and virtual consultations require a $100 deposit. If no treatment or product is performed/purchased, the deposit covers the consultation time. Appointments rescheduled due to last minute emergencies, sickness etc. need to be rescheduled within the same month or the appointment is forfeited and deposit is forfeited. Product orders may take 2 weeks to 1 month if distributor or supply-chain delays occur. Gift cards expire 1 year from purchase.
