Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booking. There are no refunds for the deposit paid and no refunds for treatments provided. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final. Appointments rescheduled due to last minute emergencies, sickness etc. need to be rescheduled within the same month or the appointment is forfeited and deposit is forfeited. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments, anything over 15 minutes + will be charges a $50 Inconvenience Fee. There is a 30 minute wait period, in which if the patient does not show up for their appointment, the appointment is automatically canceled and the deposit is forfeited. All “undecided appointments” and/or “virtual consultations” require a $100 deposit. If for that hour a treatment is not decided on, the $100 deposit will go towards the hour timing. All gift cards have a 1 year expiry date.
